This recipe has always been a favorite of mine. It has all of the necessary ingredients to make it a winner. Crab meat, cream cheese-- yum.
Ingredients:
1 8oz pkg cream cheese. (you can use lite cream cheese)
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1cup king crab meat
1 tbsp milk
2 tbsp finely minced onion
1/2 tbsp horseradish
1/2 tbsp each of salt and pepper
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Combine all ingredients and sprinkle with slivered almonds. Bake at 375 deg for 15 minutes
Now for the exercise tip:
Lie on the floor and then try to balance yourself on your butt. Bring your legs up off the floor and knees brought in toward your chest, arms straight out in front. You should be maintaining a "V" position. Now slowly straighten your legs out in front (always off the floor and hold for a count of five. Bring legs back toward chest and hold. Repeat for 15 reps and increase reps as your tolerance improves.
