Captain's Chair Cheese Dip

Makes 3 cups


Ingredients

1 (16 0z) carton of small curd cottage cheese
8 oz of cream cheese, room temperature
4 oz  of crumbled blue cheese
1/2 (1 stick butter, melted
3 tbsp beef stock base
2 tsp of paprika

Directions

Combine the first 3 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Blend the butter, stock base and paprika in another bowl.
Add the cheese mixture to the butter mixture and stir until thoroughly combined. 
Turn into a serving bowl and refrigerate.
Dip can be prepared one day ahead

Serve with your favorite raw veggies or crackers.
