Easy Cheesy Macaroni and Cheese

So delicious and creamy!

This recipe as listed makes a large amount that would serve 8 people,. You could adjust the amount of the ingredients to serve as many as you want. Of course keep in mind that this keeps well and can be reheated. Add a little milk to the leftovers when reheating and it will be as good on the second day as the first time you served it.

Ingredients:

1 small package of Velveeta Cheese (larger pkg if making for a big crowd)
1 can of Campbells' cheese soup
3 cups of milk
1 (16 oz) package of elbow macaroni

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 deg.

Cook Elbow macaroni according to pkg directions. Be sure to cook al dente as there is additional cooking time once the sauce is added.
Meanwhile, in a four cup measuring cup or other microwavable large container place cheese and cheese soup.
Add enough milk to fill measuring cup. Mix together.
Microwave on high until cheese is almost melted, stirring occasionally.
Drain macaroni and put into a large well buttered casserole dish.
Add the cheese mixture and mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle with crumbled crackers, potato chips, cheese crackers, bread crumbs or other any topping of your choice. Bake in a 350 deg oven for approx 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
